I was actually only going 10mph and yes his ears flap and he likes to hang his tongue out.

The day I went to Mom and Dads for Dads B-day I had the dogs with me and Cookie looked very interested in what was going on outside of the Jeep...so I rolled down the window and all he wanted to feel was the wind in his face it was sooo funny!
