This is me on my bike trip on the 23rd of Dec. It was way too cold to ride.

Christmas Tree!!!!

Well we went and got our REAL Christmas tree lastnight from Lowes (we were going to go to a tree farm and cut one down but our schedules did not match up and Lowes had great prices!). We strapped it to the top like the Grizwalds and took it home.

Now all we lack is the ping reindeer and some bows I think.

Brads wedding reception

Leslies brother Brad and his wife had their reception Sat once they got back from Jamaica. It was fun to see everyone and just have a good time.

It is a little early I know.....but its my house.

Well I know it is a little early to get started but it was warm so I have started putting up Christmas lights. Dec 1st the lights will be turned on every night.

Halloween Party

Leslie and I went to a Halloween Party for her school and we went as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf.

finally I have something to update you with

As you know I have gotten into mountain bike riding. Well so far every weekend we ride about 12-13 miles but throughout the week I have been riding on my hour lunch break about 8-10 miles a day. I feel great!















Leslie and I did a heart walk Sat in Memphis for her school with some of her classmates it was fun!

Well other than that our lives have been boring. My friend Justin Attaway and his wife had their first baby boy Sat. He was 10lbs even. Cute little booger.

New Bike

Well for those that need an update here it is. I have had a 24in boys mountain bike for a little over a year and it was just too small so I sold it and bought a new 26in 21 speed, dual shock, disc brake bike. I bought it because myself and a couple of other guys from work are going to Memphis to a place called....ready?....STANKY CREEK hahaha. It is a great place to ride trails, jumps and hills.

Stuck

While on my lunch I thought " Hey I got 30 min left lets go have some fun"...and it was...right up to the point where I was going up a steep incline and my hitch dug into the gravel lifting the back tires off the ground and putting ALL the weight of the Jeep on the hitch which meant no forward no backwards. It was one of those Ah crud moments. Luckily after actually using my brain I remembered that I had a tire iron and dug a hole in the road so I could get the pressure off the hitch......I did this in 10 min. whew.

Well this weekend was a busy one.

Saturday I went to Mom and Dads to help Spencer yank the motor out of his jeep so we can swap it out, we though it was just going to be the motor coming out but we ended up having to take the transmission and the transfer case out too. After that I went home and mowed the grass and then crashed in the recliner.

Sunday we discovered that water from the shower had gotten into the sheetrock......since they did not properly seal the shower and Leslies wild shower routine splashes water everywhere, Leslie wanted to call the contractor but I said I could fix it faster and I would not have to worry about it ( I watch Holmes on Homes so I know what I am doing) Here is my hole I cut in the wall. After that I washed both cars and cleaned out the garage and then we went for a 3mile bike ride.......I'm pooped.

Yeah so my life right now is kinda boring since I am working 65 hour weeks. I did get a new lamp in my office that highlights Leslies picture.

Well this weekend Justin, Adam and I went to Nashville for Import Alliance. Here are the pics:

4th of July

Well for the 4th of July weekend we had some friends over to grill out and shoot fireworks. Joey brought some glow loops we took one and put it on Ellie and she was too fluffy to get it off so she walked around with it until the fireworks started and then the dogs had to go inside.

On Monday I had to work half a day but when I got off we went with Leslies brother to the shute to tube and ski.

Air Show

Well Leslie, Mom, Dad, Spencer and I went to a air show in Cape Girardeau, Mo. It was AWESOME! I didn't have the right camera for taking pictures of moving airplanes but hopefully Dad will post up some pics becuase he took about a million pictures.
