1st visit.

Well we had our first visit to the doctor for the baby. And can I say holy cow it takes way to long on the first visit!!!!! We were there for almost 4 hours. The took the first ultrasound and found out we are 6 weeks and we got to hear the heartbeat for the first time!!! It is REALLY starting to sink in now. The good thing is they got Leslie on some meds to help with the being sick. Our midwife(doctor whatever) is super nice I think she is going to be great. We go back every 4 weeks and we should find out what the baby is (hopefully human) around march 18th.

Mom came over lastnight since Dad is gone having fun without her. Leslie and I tag teamed dinner and made Poppy seed chicken, Corn Casserole, Broccoli & Cheese and apples with secret dipping sauce. After dinner we played Phase 10 until I beat them both....muhahahahahaha

Utah Trip!

Ok here are the long awaited pictures from my Utah trip! I left home at 4am on Thursday stopped in Laramie, WY for a 3hr power nap and go to Fat Bobs (Spencers work) at 10am Friday morning. I hung out with Spencer at work all day Friday and then we went to his bosses house for a BBQ and then to Spencers pad to crash. Sat. We woke up and went to the Hill AFB museum then to Grandma Jones house to visit and then to Carole and Chads. We went hiking to a small waterfall that was a quick and fun hike, after that we went closer to the mouth of the canyon to cook out.

ha gotcha! I kid. Nothing is going on. I am leaving on Thurday 9-1-11 to drive Spencers Jeep to the big UT! <---funny UT is also a TN thing.....who woulda thunk it.

The shed is done

Well I finished the shed about a month ago but I am just now getting around to post pictures.

It currently houses Spencers jeep and my tools.

Lightning

Well this morning we lost one of our pine trees that block some of the noise from hwy 51 due to a very active thunderstorm. I was up going to the bathroom and was looking out the window (im a dude I can do that) and witnessed the tree being struck by lightning. I thought I was going to go blind it was so bright. And the other picture is of the small ditch that turns into a raging river after allot of rain.

Yes yes it is alive!!!!!!!

Couldnt stand Spencers Jeep being bigger than mine. ........so I fixed it.

Anniversary weekend

Here are some pictures from our weekend we had in Nashville and Bowling Green, Ky. We went to the lost river caves and the Corvette Museum.

This sweet little thing stayed the weekend at my house and she was great! I for some reason took this picture at Hillarys graduation. It was soo much fun to have Bethany and Carole here! Monday I killed myself doing the slip and slide.....I am soooooo sore. Im sure Bethany has some pictures!

Well at work Sat. we were board and the conversation came up about my Cherokee and that it has 200,000 miles on it and that it could not do a doughnut......boy were they wrong. It did 4 =)








And this past weekend I got to work on the shed also. Got the roof done.

Well we are getting ready to do some pictures at work so I had to bring the red one to work today. It should be pretty cool......I will post pictures later.

Yard work

Well This past weekend while mom and dad were in Atlanta I borrowed dads tractor to reshape some of my yard so the water would drain right. I did finish and ended up with an awesome farmer tan (sorry no pictures of the tan)

Well the weather was nice this weekend and we had allot of work to do at the house. We mowed the yard, roofed Leslies dads shop and built the walls for my shed. The only picture I have is the walls of my shed with the red jeep inside.
